Everything You Need to Know


Christmas Hams is committed to you, our customer, and we want you to be happy with your Christmas Hams experience. If for any reason you are not happy, please send an email with your order reference and telephone number to getintouch@christmashams.co.nz - You will receive a phone call from our staff within two business days in order to find a solution to your problem.

What if I change my mind, can I get a refund?

Due to the high cost of postage, we are unfortunately not able to offer you a refund or product exchange if you change your mind about your purchase or you decide the product you ordered is no longer suitable or not to your liking.

However please let us know your feedback as we would hate to lose you as a customer!

Out of stock?

Sometimes, for many possible reasons, if you request a product the item may be out of stock. In this case we will either provide you with store credit for that item that you can use next time you place an order with Christmas Hams or in some cases a full refund will be issued.

Some things can’t be helped

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, at which time, we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the e-mail address or phone number/s provided. We will refund the monies paid using the original method received. All orders are subject to availability of stock and we undertake to take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide prior to processing of orders.
